Today’s lifestyle is very danger to our health. Normally we people are usually having junk food. This causes many diseases, and some of them are very dangerous. So the only thing that we can follow is to take some precaution that does not affect our body. In this article I suggest some daily routines and home remedies that should follow to get a better health.

If you want to reduce your excess weight, one thing you have to keep it in mind that, don’t try to reduce more than 3 kilogram in a month. The safest way is to reduce your weight very slowly.

Here are some tips that should follow:

  • The most recommended time for your sleeping is 10 pm to 6am.
  • Drink a glass of warm water (mixed with lemon and honey).
  • Dedicate some time for exercises or yoga. Pranayama will help to reduce your excess weight. Do it for 40 to 45 minutes daily.
  • Never sleep during your daytime.
  • Try some dry massages like Udvarthana will remove Kabha toxins from the body. Some useful asanas are
    • Trikonasana
    • Bhujangasana
    • Surya Namaskara
  • Breakfast must be something boiled or steamed. Avoid snacks.
  • The most important and cheapest remedy for reducing weight is to drink at least 2 liters of water daily.
  • Chew a piece of ginger will increase the digestive fire.
  • Have your dinner light as possible.
  • Put at least 100 steps after your food.
