Panchakarma is a method of cleansing the body of all the unwanted waste after lubricating it. Benefits of Panchakarma include elimination of toxins and waste from the body, balance thidoshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha), improve mental health etc. Panchakarma treatement must be done by trained and qualified persons.
